About Perizer
We build it. We run it. We stake our name on it.
Perizer is a technology company that builds, operates, and creates new companies through independent companies. Every platform carries our name and our standard.
Our Story
Perizer started with a simple conviction: the only way to prove you can build great software is to build great software. Not decks. Not proposals. Working systems that serve real users.
That conviction led to independent companies — each serving a different market, all built on the same architecture and the same engineering standards.
Today, Perizer operates across multiple companies — Labs builds and operates our product portfolio, CobaltFrame brings our production experience to federal and state agencies, PalladiumPeak creates new software companies with industry operators, and ForgeRig deploys fractional engineering teams to companies that need production-grade engineering depth. Different markets, one standard.

Core Values
How we operate.
Build to Operate
We build systems we’re willing to stake our own revenue on. That standard doesn’t change when we build for someone else.
Quality Gates, Not Shortcuts
Every phase of our process has a gate. Nothing moves forward until it passes. This discipline is what separates production-grade from prototype.
Transparency
Clear milestones, documented decisions, visible progress. You always know where things stand.
One Standard
The same architecture, methodology, and engineering rigor applies whether we’re building a SaaS product, a government system, or a portfolio company.
Corporate Structure
The Perizer family.
From the Founder
I built Perizer because I was tired of watching talented engineers spend careers maintaining legacy systems they didn't believe in. I wanted to build a company where every system we ship serves real users, runs at production scale, and carries our name.
That's why we stake our own revenue on every platform in our portfolio. If it's not good enough for us to operate, it's not good enough to ship. That standard doesn't change whether we're building for ourselves, for a founder, or for a federal agency.
Today, Perizer operates across multiple companies — but the conviction hasn't changed. Build real things. Run them. Own the outcome.
